HOW WE WORK
Simply doing good work together.
Hemlock brings different craftspeople together. We like short lines, getting stuck in and work we can be proud of.
01.You know your colleagues
From office to workshop: we know where to find each other, switch quickly and help each other along.
02.You see what you make
With us you work close to the whole process. What we design, we actually make, and you see it again in places where many people come every day.
03.We do it together
If there’s a problem, we solve it together. And if you have an idea for doing something better, we’d love to hear it.

LEARNING FROM EACH OTHER
At Hemlock you don’t have to stand still.
New machines, materials, software and ways of working keep our craft changing. That’s why we think it matters that people keep learning.
That doesn’t only happen on a course. It’s in the daily work that you learn a lot from colleagues in other disciplines and from people with more experience.
