Which personal data do we process?

Contact form

When you fill in our contact form, we process the data you provide to us yourself. This may include, for example:

  • your name;
  • company name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • the content of your message.

We use this data solely to answer your request, contact you and carry out any follow-up arrangements.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in being able to handle questions and business enquiries or, where your request is aimed at entering into an agreement, taking steps prior to that agreement.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to gain insight into how our website is used. This shows us, for example, which pages are visited, how visitors navigate the website and how the website performs technically.

We use this information to improve our website and content.

We use Google Analytics for statistical purposes only. We do not use the information collected for advertising, remarketing or building individual visitor profiles.

You can find more information in our cookie policy.

Who do we share personal data with?

We do not sell your personal data.

For our website to function, we may use external service providers, for example for hosting, website management and web analytics. These parties only have access to personal data where this is necessary for their work, and they must handle this data with care.

For website analytics we use Google Analytics.

Where we are legally required to provide data, personal data may also be shared with the competent government authorities.

How long do we keep data?

We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any business communication that follows from it. Where data becomes part of our business or project records, statutory retention periods may apply.

Analytics data is kept in line with the retention periods set in Google Analytics.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or unwanted disclosure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have various rights with regard to your personal data. Among other things, you can ask us for:

  • access to your personal data;
  • correction of inaccurate data;
  • erasure of personal data;
  • restriction of processing;
  • transfer of your data, where applicable;
  • objection to certain processing.

You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier where processing is based on consent.

Would you like to exercise one of these rights? Please contact us using the contact details on this website.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
