Work in progress: Campus Spui
We are currently in the final phase of Campus Spui for Leiden University in The Hague.
In the work-in-progress video we take you behind the scenes: from engineering and production in our workshop to installation on site. A large project in which many different bespoke elements come together.
Handover is planned for mid-January 2026. From 1 February 2026 students can enter the building and the new campus truly comes to life.
We will of course share the end result soon.

‘This feels like a family business’
Hemlock is not officially a family business. Yet according to our founders and directors August Jahangier and Peter Seegers, it often feels like one. In an extensive article they, together with several colleagues, talk about the way we work, the craftsmanship within Hemlock and above all the people who do it together every day.
Curious what we could realise for you?
We are happy to think along from design to realisation, with an eye for detail and execution.
