The Rock — pantry with a tall walnut table, bar stools, a cream cabinet wall and lit wall shelves

Project

The Rock, one of the striking office buildings on Amsterdam's Zuidas, was renovated for a new generation of users, and as part of this development Frame Offices created a high-quality office environment with workspaces, meeting rooms and hospitality facilities. For this new location we delivered the bespoke interior on behalf of About Projects.

Approach

The design by Crielaers & Company combines working and meeting with a strong hospitality feel. Within this concept we made bar islands, pantries, kitchens, bespoke cabinets, wall shelving and various fixed seating arrangements, among other things.

The bespoke elements were developed and installed as a single whole, so they suit both the look and the day-to-day use of the workplace.

Detail

Key parts of the fit-out are the fixed booth seating and meeting spots, combined with bespoke tables and wall finishes. The bar and pantry zones are also recognisable places within the interior where working, meeting and hospitality come together.
